Questions on Gardening or Canning/Preserving:
Because we are on the road filming/producing the show and the volume for these types of questions are just too large, although we read every single one, we cannot answer these types of questions via this contact page. Please feel free to leave general questions below. Please understand that as much as we’d like to respond to your specific question, more than likely we won’t be able to reply.
Here’s the next best thing. If you have a gardening or canning question, we suggest you do one of the following:
- For specific gardening and canning questions, contact your local Cooperative Extension Service. They are a great resource with Master Gardeners on duty to take your call and help. Plus, since they’re local to your area, the will be more knowledgeable about suggestions for your specific area.
- For questions about a certain episode or article, please leave a comment within the show notes or article itself. We will do our best to respond within that forum so others can see the answers. (But it may take time if we are on the road). You can find the page for that episode on our website by typing in a keyword or two in the search field at the top of any page. Be sure to hit “enter” after you finish typing.
You may use this form to give us feedback on the show. We read every one (good and bad) and take your input seriously. Again, you may not get a response but rest assured, we read it and will take the appropriate action.
You may also call us with comments at (206) 337-0375. Please note this is a voicemail only line. You cannot get a live person at this number. However, every call is routed to the appropriate person on our staff VIA email with your recorded voicemail message. If your comment requires a response, please leave an email address for us to respond (in your phone message) as we are usually out on the road filming during office hours.
