Along the way, we visit Mary Beth Shaddix who was working in the corporate world at Cooking Light Magazine when she discovered that farming was her passion. Mary Beth left that job to pursue that passion of growing and harvesting fruits and vegetables.
She eventually found her way back to Cooking Light Magazine but this time as the farmer who supplies the produce for all the photography and recipes developed for the magazine. Her picture-perfect homegrown fruits and vegetables will now live forever on film and in the pages of Cooking Light magazine!
